The aim of the meeting is to share the results achieved so far and explore potential developments, as well as strengthen both existing and new collaborations between the research groups.

The event will include thematic roundtables and feature a session for research posters, where the best poster will also be briefly presented. Spoke leader Dr Antonio Moretti will also be joining the discussions. To help the young researchers connect, a social dinner has been organised.
The meeting will take place over two days, starting on the 4th of November at 1:30 pm with participant registration, and concluding late morning (around 1:00 pm) on the 5th of November, with a presentation from a local food industry company. The event will be held at the beautiful Aula Prodi, a hall provided by the University of Bologna with great historical and artistic significance.
